01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and tk ok ("the Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on tk ok, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to comply with them.

tk ok reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the Platform will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of tk ok following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility

To register and use tk ok, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. tk ok does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing tk ok from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of tk ok or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from tk ok for any reason.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

tk ok reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

03 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one registered account on tk ok. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone.
• You must notify tk ok immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• tk ok will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you receive such a request, report it to support immediately.
• You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.

tk ok reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason. Account registration does not guarantee continued access to the platform, and tk ok may close or suspend accounts at its discretion in accordance with these Terms.

04 Deposits and Payments

tk ok accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions on the platform are conducted in BDT. There are no currency conversion fees applied to deposits made through supported payment methods.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳10 BDT.
• Deposits are credited to your tk ok account balance in real time in most cases.
• If a deposit does not appear in your account within 15 minutes, contact tk ok support with your transaction reference number.
• tk ok does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The payment method used for deposits must belong to the registered account holder.
• tk ok reserves the right to impose deposit limits on individual accounts for responsible gaming or fraud prevention purposes.

tk ok does not charge fees on deposits. However, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. Please check with your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account for details on any applicable fees from their end.

05 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of real money balances to their registered bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. tk ok aims to process all withdrawal requests within minutes of submission during normal operating conditions.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳100 BDT.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the tk ok account.
• tk ok may request identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard KYC (Know Your Customer) requirement.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.
• tk ok reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside of normal processing hours may experience a short delay but will be processed as soon as possible.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

tk ok offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed at the time the bonus is offered, as well as the general bonus conditions set out here.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly when the bonus is offered.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus balance or associated winnings that have not been withdrawn by the expiry date will be removed from the account.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless tk ok explicitly states otherwise for a specific promotion.
• tk ok reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players. tk ok reserves the right to limit or withdraw bonus eligibility from accounts that show patterns consistent with bonus abuse.
• Free spins winnings are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion.

tk ok does not permit the use of bonus funds for the purpose of arbitrage, matched betting, or any strategy designed to exploit bonus terms rather than play games for entertainment. Accounts found to be engaging in such activity may have bonuses voided and winnings reviewed.

07 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on tk ok are supplied by licensed third-party game developers and use certified random number generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined entirely by the RNG and cannot be influenced by tk ok, the game provider, or the player.

• The rules for each individual game are displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before placing a bet.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round will be voided and the bet amount returned to the player's account.
• tk ok prohibits the use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tool designed to interact with games on behalf of a player or to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion between players in any game mode is strictly prohibited.
• tk ok reserves the right to void bets and withhold winnings if there is evidence of game exploitation, software manipulation, or any other form of cheating.

Published RTP (Return to Player) figures for all games on tk ok are accurate and based on verified testing data provided by the game developer. These figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

08 Responsible Gaming

09 Account Suspension and Closure

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional offers.
• Use of automated software or bots.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated against tk ok.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, tk ok will aim to complete the investigation and communicate the outcome within 14 business days. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds returned.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting tk ok support. Any real money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method, provided all verification requirements have been met.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the tk ok platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, and software — is the intellectual property of tk ok or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any tk ok content without prior written permission.

Game content displayed on tk ok remains the intellectual property of the respective game developers. tk ok operates under licence agreements with all game providers and does not claim ownership of third-party game content.

11 Limitation of Liability

tk ok provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While tk ok makes every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, it does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

• tk ok is not liable for any loss of winnings, data, or opportunity resulting from technical failures, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues beyond its reasonable control.
• tk ok is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of a player's failure to read and understand game rules or bonus terms.
• In the event of a system error that results in an incorrect payout being credited to a player's account, tk ok reserves the right to correct the error and recover any overpaid amount.
• tk ok's total liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the value of the bet placed in that incident.

12 Privacy and Data

tk ok collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

tk ok will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors and game providers is limited to what is strictly necessary to deliver the service and is governed by appropriate data processing agreements.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through tk ok's internal complaints process will be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution body as specified in the platform's licensing conditions.
